Honestly I am not a big fan of the new AdWords Interface. Mainly because I find that the jump from what we were use to before as compared to what we will have now is just huge and it will take a long time for familiarity and easy to set in.
But of course the new interface comes with a great many new features. Some of which are just totally brilliant.
The New AdWords Interface Walkthrough webinar is a good place to familiarize yourself with all the new features and get some handle on how to navigate around the account.
I highly recommend it if you either don't like the new interface or if you are struggling with how to do stuff.

Flash Action Scripting Resource
Came across this website - www.video-animation.com/flash_28.shtml when looking for action scripting basics. It seems like a really good site to pick up the basics. There is a small explanation and also a little code about ever operator, functions etc. There isn't too much depth to it but at least it gets you started on the right track.
